To cancel a registration, please log into your CLT account and navigate to your dashboard. Under “Upcoming CLT Test” click the blue button labeled “Reschedule My Test.” Then click the red “Cancel Registration” found at the bottom right of the screen. If you cancel a registration before the deadline of the original test, you are eligible for a refund. Please fill out this form to request a refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for tests canceled after the registration deadline for your original test.
